When you engage with Solutions On 2nd for social media management, our team will work with your core brand philosophy to develop a content calendar for social media activities. This calendar will balance the variety of product offerings and primary objectives, in an engaging and educational way.

 

• We will maintain account profiles, ensuring all of your information is accurate, optimized and on-brand.

• We will design, draft and post content to social media profiles based on a client-approved content calendar. Design services will include a mix of text, image, graphic, gif and video pieces that best meet the message purpose and the platform best practices.

• We will monitor audience inquiries and comments, and engage when able. If a response can not be provided to a general inquiry, our team will make a reasonable effort to collect the appropriate information from the client to formulate a response. If the engagement involves a dispute or negative experience, Solutions On 2nd will direct the comment to your appointed business representative to respond directly.

​​

• We will provide monthly analytics for each engaged platform, with quarterly and annual reviews for user trends and content performance. Growth goals will be set with you in advance, and measured throughout the agreement.

• Our team may conduct occasional on-location visits to collect imagery for the purposes of social sharing. All images collected in this way will be made available to you for future use.

 

Every social platform requires different media needs and best practices to be used optimally. The most popular social platforms for brands include Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and Pinterest. If you are interested in engaging on Twitter and Pinterest, we are happy to meet to discuss a custom package of services.

The pricing below does not cover paid social media advertising services. Agreements are currently available in six (6) month increments only, with option to renew.
