Meet Our Expert

Mark has more than twenty years’ experience in Environmental Health and Safety, Emergency Management, and Personnel Management; as well as medical care experience including hospital, home health, senior care, school nursing, emergency response, out-patient direct care and clinical review in nursing and respiratory care. He is skilled in financial and EHS Compliance, risk management, workers’ compensation, security, employee health, business continuity, disaster recovery, NFPA, CUPA, EPA, OSHA and Cal/OSHA compliance, Pandemic response and training, risk assessments, fall protection, and record keeping. Experienced in ADA compliance, ergonomic evaluations, accident investigation, site safety inspections, corrective action, consulting, health benefits programs, Hepatitis B vaccination program, IIPP, HIPAA, JSA, JHA, GHS, SDS, DOT, EPA, AQMD, KPIs, PSM, PPE selection, Emergency Action Planning, regulatory permits, HAZMAT, storm water runoff, asbestos inspection, and business management. Through his diverse professional background, Mark also is proficient in management of multiple locations, program development, and policymaking, construction safety systems and programs, multi-employer worksites, fire and life safety, workplace evaluation and risk assessment, general safety practices, OSHA and Cal-OSHA health and safety regulations, Fire and Building Code safety, and health regulations.
