Welcome

This month we are celebrating the one year anniversary of Solutions On 2nd, LLC. That first year went by so fast! I have had the absolute pleasure of having worked with some of the most incredible groups over the past twelve months, and I couldn't be happier with the growth and direction for the company.

When I sat down to sketch out the business plan in June 2017 for what would later become Solutions On 2nd, what I ended up with was more of a robust mission statement. My Jerry Maguire moment. My "feed the fire that lights my soul" moment. I thought about every business I have contributed to. Every leader I have worked with and for to this stage of my life. I thought about about all of the admirable traits each of them embodied - and those I did not want to carry through in my own brand.

I focused on what I wanted to create, and how I wanted to position the services I would later come to offer. I started with the types of clients I wanted my services to support, and I worked backwards in to my own personal development goals and interests. That's how I have arrived here.

What I've created is what I am passionate about: helping people who are building or running businesses that they are passionate about in all kinds of industries. The I'm-all-in kind of people, with the roll-up-your-sleeves-and-do-what-needs-to-be-done kind of passion.

For me there is no greater professional satisfaction than to work with others who are as equally passionate and engaged as I am. The people who glow from the inside whenever they talk about their work, and who share their contagious love for the topic with others. The faithful believers that know they are on their chosen path. The dreamers and the risk-takers. Those were the people I wanted to work with.

Fast forward to today, and I have stayed true to my personal mission statement of being as careful in my client selection as my clients are in selecting me. Their everyday passion and pride in their products - from my amazing home town of Buellton to making ethically sourced accessories right here in the beautiful USA - makes me proud to be partners with them.

What sets your soul afire, professionally speaking?
